How we look after your personal information — and how to ask what we hold about you.

What we keep

We only keep what we need to run the group: membership details (names, address, email, phone and payments), members’ area logins, replies to events, suggestions you send us, and emails to and from the group.

We never sell or share your information. A few companies store or process it for us — our website host, database, email service, Stripe for online payments and our bank. Full details are in our GDPR policy.

Your rights

See a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Have anything wrong corrected.
Have your information deleted (except records the law says we must keep, such as accounts).
Object to how we use it, or change your mind — for example, coming off the mailing list.
