About The Group
Our Purpose
The Rosemount Community Group is a residents association dedicated to supporting our neighbourhood and enhancing the quality of life for everyone who lives in Rosemount, Dundrum, Dublin 14.
Our objectives include:
- Maintaining and improving the local area and services for residents and their families
- Creating opportunities for social engagement and community spirit
- Encouraging good communication and neighbourly support throughout the area
We are a non-political, inclusive group
Membership Area
Membership is open to all residents living within the designated area, including:
- Rosemount Estate
- Rosemount Way
- Rosemount Court
- Rosemount Park
- St. Joseph’s Grove
- Magenta Terrace
Each household may register one voting member once the annual membership fee is paid.
Registration Fee
Membership of the Resident’s Group and Neighbourhood Watch is open to all households in the area. There is an annual fee of €20 per household, which falls due each October. Further information about how pay can be found in the registration section of the website

Rosemount Community Group is a local resident association for the Rosemount, Dundrum area — Our aims are supporting residents, fostering connections and working together to make our community a better place to live, work and grow.
